A: Australia-based churches and schools may order digital copies of Student Manuals and Teacher’s Manuals to preview for a 60-day period. To order preview copies, please call us, or note on your order form that this is a preview order.
A: Missing or damaged items should be reported within 30 days of invoice. Please call or email to arrange return and replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for downloadable products. All sales of digital licenses are final.
Customers can receive credit by returning unused merchandise in clean, undamaged, salable condition within 30 days of invoice date. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or picking slip. Allow four weeks for credit to be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After 30 days from invoice date, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from any return credit. This fee increases by 10% for each additional 30 days. No refund will be offered for items returned after six months from the invoice date.
Refunds are also available upon request, subject to the return conditions above. Shipping and handling are not refunded.

A: Australia Post and Fastways tracking numbers are now available through our web site. From our website, click the “Account” tab at the top of the page, enter your account number and click the “Login” button. Select the invoice date of the order you wish to track. You will find a link to track your order on the right-hand side of that invoice entry. Once you click the tracking number, you will be taken to the carrier’s site to view the progress of your shipment.

A: To keep assignments and testing material confidential for our teachers, we personally review each digital order prior to processing. This usually takes one business day. Download instructions are sent via email once the order has been processed. Once you receive download instructions, please allow up to two business days for your download links to become active. During this time, your credit card is processed and your invoice is created, after which you will be able to download your files.
A: When purchasing digital Student Manuals, you need one copy for each student each school year. When purchasing digital Teacher's Manuals, you need one copy for each teacher. Each teacher may use the digital Teacher's Manual for multiple years.
A: No, we do not offer free Teacher’s Manuals with an order of multiple copies of the Student Manual. However, an order of five or more of the same Student Manual will receive a discount of $2.00 off each book.
