The school year is approaching the halfway point, but there is still time to squeeze a Positive Action Bible study into the school year. Most of our middle school and high school studies have 35 lessons to cover an entire academic year, but we also have church curriculum options for homeschool and Christian school teachers looking for something shorter to fill a partial or entire semester.
A year-long Bible study doesn’t necessarily fit every educator’s calendar. We have listed several shorter church studies you can choose from to teach over the course of 8, 13, or 15 weeks.
Teach Us to Pray
Length: 8 Lessons
Help your students discover what God taught us about prayer in His Word.
Although not all of our church studies include assessments, Teach Us to Pray has quizzes with both true-false and short answer questions.
Sermon on the Mount
Length: 13 Lessons
Taking Matthew 5–7 verse by verse, this study examines simple principles that can overturn the way students view faith, prayer, and religious duty.
The Apostles
Length: 15 Lessons
Students learn about the ministries of the twelve disciples, plus Paul. This study also includes short quizzes.
